Opened in 2008 the Majestic Minima Hotel is being transformed into a creative space for guests and artists setting new trends in stylish yet inexpensive city fringe accommodation. Located in North Adelaide, this three-story boutique property contains 46 compact studio rooms measuring approximately 14 square metres with each room being transformed by a handpicked selection of South Australian artists. The goal is to transform all 46 rooms representing the vision of these artists along a common theme. Majestic Minima Hotel was recently awarded a Bronze Medal in the 2014 South Australian Tourism Awards for Unique Accommodation. The Majestic Minima Hotel has everything you need without the price tag. Each room contains a king size bed, 32 inch LCD televisions with 7 Foxtel channels, free in-room Wi-Fi and contemporary bathrooms. For your peace of mind there is free and unlimited Wi-Fi in the foyer, secure parking, free laundry facilities and CCTV security throughout. All rooms feature electronic in-room safes, tea & coffee facilities, iron and ironing board. Reception hours are 7 days a week, 7.30am to 9.30pm. Outside these hours check-in can be organised via a direct call telephone located in the alcove at the entrance to the hotel. Please note that specific artist rooms can be requested and are subject to availability.
