This holiday hotel is located in Kargicak, 50 m away from the beach. The service is in winter concept between 01.11.2018 - 30.04.2019. The only accomodation range is 01.04.2019-30.04.2019 on AI concept (until 00:00 at night). The hotel is located 10 km east from the center of Alanya, serving the UIA. The hotel has 200 rooms, 24-hour reception, expres check-in / out, concierge, common areas and free WIFI in the rooms, meeting rooms, 24-hour 24-hour alcohol and local beverage service, restaurant, bar, gym, spa center, There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool (not heated), sports activities, car rental and free parking. Facilities available for disabled guests. Open between the pool, indoor pool, sauna, spa, Turkish bath, Tower restaurant & bar, except bar and main restaurant, beach is closed. Pier will not be available for winter & summer 2019.There is no animations program.fitness service closed. Children cannot be accommodated in winter.baby and child accommodation not available in winter.Severe weather conditions in 2019 winter season has cause several damages at our beach. In particular, our pier has suffered irreparable structural failure. Due the long bureaucratic procedures and difficulty in organizing the necessary operational details to construct a new pier we will not be able to have the pier repaired for the summer 2019 season. Rest assured that the beach will be made ready in prestine condition for our guest. The reconstruction of the pier will be scheduled for the following season. For 2019 operation we request that all pictures and associated marketing material related to the pier to be removed from the sales materials. With this notice we would also like to inform you that any complaint related to the unavailability of the pier will not be accepted.
