Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, property will send detailed payment instructions and a link to a secure payment platform. Please note that the damage deposit is EUR 500 for Deluxe Penthouse Apartment with Sea View. The rest is EUR 300. Please note that only in case of requesting an invoice on the name of a company, we will be charging the correspondent an extra VAT amount (21%). When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
