By day, Le Bleu is Bel Ombre's favorite beach bar. Relax by the poolside or on the beach with handcrafted cocktails and pizza, paninis, burgers or a salad. Crepes and Mauritian bites in the afternoon. And by evening, a casual dining venue with a Mediterranean menu followed by, in late evening, entertainment to spice up the night. Lunch 12 – 5:30pm | Dinner 6:30 – 9pm

Edgewater

Adjacent to the resort's beachfront pool with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. Enjoy all-day favourites, including a wide vegan selection and the ice cream assortments by day. By night, dine on Mauritian dishes and Eurasian-inspired cuisine. The Willies’ Rum & Crab Shack menu proposes what the Indian Ocean gives best with a Creole touch, perfect for sharing as you wiggle your toes in the sand. Lunch 12 – 4pm | Dinner 6:30 – 10pm

Mercado Market Dining

An energetic international food market concept. Interact with chefs at live cooking stations celebrating cuisines from Europe, the Mediterranean, Asia, and India with vibrant flavours. Every dining experience is an exciting culinary journey.

The Plantation Club

By day the club lounge offers an indulgent sparkling wine breakfast and a private pool. By night, it opens to the public, serving Mauritian fusion cuisine.

- Breakfast at the main restaurant. Suites and Villa guests may also enjoy breakfast at The Plantation Club which includes free flowing sparkling wine. Lunch at the main restaurant, Edgewater Restaurant and Bar Bleu. Enjoy a choice of options for dinner, including the main restaurant, the Edgewater restaurant, The Plantation Club (credit 1500.00 MUR per person per day towards food) and Bar Bleu. A credit of 1500.00MUR per person applies towards the theme evenings at different locations (e.g., Beer pairing menu, lobster night, Khmer night). Selected beverages including a choice of spirits as well as wines and sparkling wines, certain cocktails, signature drinks, local beers, juices, tea, coffee, soft drinks and water between 10 am and 11 pm. Selection of mini bar items (local beers, soft drinks, confectionery) refilled once a day – spirits excluded. Tea, coffee, and pancakes served every afternoon at Bar Bleu.
