Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests staying are required to provide their original passport or UAE identity card. We would like to inform you that we have scheduled a complete renovation of the lobby starting from 1st of October 2022. During this time, the area will be busy with our contractors and you may experience some noise from 10am till 6pm.
