Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge

Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge is a celebration of the local Tsonga culture – from its traditional rondavel rooms, tribal designs and earthy tones to the staff interaction. The lodge is located in a private concession within the Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s most renowned conservation areas and home to a variety of different wildlife and bird species.

Private rooms boast comforts such as en-suite bathrooms, stunning outdoor showers, large stone baths and your very own private viewing deck where you can sit back and relax enjoying the view over the Mluwati riverbed and savannah beyond.  After a morning in the bush on a game drive, guests can spend their afternoon lazing at the infinity pool, watching the wildlife visit the waterhole for a drink.   

After a rewarding evening’s safari, guests are invited to dinner around Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge’s open-air, a magical three-course dinner under the stars. Enjoy good company and be entertained with African tribal tales where you gain more of an insight into the Shangaan people's history. In the background one can hear the enchanting sounds of the surrounding bush coming alive at night.
