Situated on Zanzibar's picturesque north-east coast, the resort looks out over the turquoise Indian Ocean and is a little piece of paradise. It is a meandering 45-minute journey to Zanzibar Airport from the resort, passing through unspoilt scenery and typical African villages where the way of life has changed very little in hundreds of years.
