The hotel Kotva is located approximately 250 m from a beach. The city centre is around 3 km away. The hotel has a reception, a lobby bar, Wi-Fi, 3 lifts as well as parking spaces (for a fee). In the outdoor area of the property you will find a pool t KOTVA HOTEL 4*   Location Hotel Kotva is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, only about 250 m from the beach and approximately 3 km away from the center of Sunny Beach. The old town of Nessebar is about 800 m away.   Facilities The hotel consists of two buildings connected by a common reception and a spacious lobby. Built in 1974, renovated in 2018-19, in 2022 the doors in the rooms will be replaced, two buildings will be connected by a reception with a spacious lobby, 4 floors, 3 elevators, 320 standard rooms and 151 apartments. Disabled access in the common areas of the hotel and in the rooms. Main restaurant, bistro Black pearl, lobby bar, day bar, 2 pool bars, doctor, currency exchange, reception, free Wi-Fi, conference room with 120 seats. It is possible to pay by credit cards Visa, Master Card. They are located on the 1st floor, without a "view”. Some of the rooms are approx. 20-22 m². Not all rooms have sofas, some rooms have two beds without extra bed. Not all are on first floor and not all have a good view. No view selection. Double room approx. 24 m², (max 2+1/3+0), double bed or two separate beds, extra bed: non-folding sofa (190 x 82 cm). Apartment approx. 36 sq.m., (max 2+2+ inf./3+1+inf.) , consist of separate rooms with a door: living room and bedroom; 1 double bed or two separate beds, extra bed: 2 sofa beds. Suitable room for disabled – 6 double rooms. The doors of these rooms and the doors of their bath room are wider, without threshold on the floor, with bath tub in the bathroom, there are auxiliary handles for the bath tub and toilet. There is an access to the reception, restaurants, bars, pool area, elevator. There are not special facilities in the swimming pool. All rooms are equipped with: telephone, LCD TV, individual air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, bathroom with shower and hairdryer/towels, free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, balcony with table and chairs. There is laminate flooring on the floor.   Children Baby cots (payable – 10 lv/ per day), highchairs in the restaurant (free of charge), children’s section of the swimming pool, water slides, mini water park, animation, outdoor children playground.   Sports & Entertainment Free of charge: 4 outdoor swimming pools (1 swimming pool 25/12.50m with children’s section overflowing to it with a guard railing and 3 swimming pools - mini water park with 22 water slides for children of different age and adults); sun beds and parasols by the pool, animation, Wi-Fi. Please, pay attention:   All-inclusive starts with lunch the day of arrival and finishes with breakfast the day of departure. On the arrival day after 10:30 a.m. the guests receive bracelets and they can use the All-inclusive services. They wear the bracelets while they stay in the hotel. The lost bracelet is charged. Check in time in the rooms is after 15:00 p.m. Check out time is until 11:00 a.m., which means to return the room key card at the reception. If the room is not free until 11:00 a.m., the guests will be fined.   *The hotel doesn't offer towels for the beach or for the pools.   Alcoholic drinks are not offered to guests below the age of eighteen. All-inclusive package is only for the guests, who have paid it and their friends and guests are not allowed to use it without payment. The use of the Aqua Park is free of charge for the guests of the hotel.
